The U.S. Department of Transportation recently issued its Order Soliciting Small Community Grant Proposals for the Small Community Air Service Development Program (SCASD) for fiscal year 2013. A copy of the order and notice is also available on under Docket DOT-OST-2013-0120.

The Small Community Air Service Development Program was established under the Wendell H.
