Arizona InfraGard and InfraGard National Members Alliance are proud to present this one-day conference event focused on White Collar Crime. Frank Abagnale, one of the world’s most respected authorities on forgery, embezzlement and secure documents is the Keynote Speaker. Mr. Abagnale, whose early exploits were depicted in his best-selling book, Catch Me If You Can has advised hundreds of institutions, corporations and government agencies around the world for over 35 years.
Supporting Mr. Abagnale’s keynote, the conference will feature an interactive panel discussion with Commissioner Judy Lowe from the Arizona Department of Real Estate, Chief Counsel Dena Benjamin from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and Assistant Supervisor Robert Charlton from the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions. The panel topic will focus on issues and concerns as it pertains to the real estate and financial markets in Arizona today.
Additionally, the conference will feature topics covering the cyber threat and how the internet is utilized to commit many white collar crimes, presented by retired FBI Executive Assistant Director Shawn Henry; an overview of white collar crime in Arizona, to include mortgage fraud and case studies on Ponzi schemes, Nigerian advance fee schemes and corporate fraud, presented by FBI Supervisory Special Agent Stephen Belongia along with FBI Special Agents Eric Spingler and Swalomir Janik, respectively.
